RESEARCH STATEMENT
My research interest has revolved around the areas of the emerging leadership competencies in the higher education institution, leadership theories, leadership competencies, leadership development, cross-cultural leadership, and strategic leadership amongst others. The primary focus is in the related areas of effective leadership for individual and organizational performance in the 21st-century era.
